What age do you have to be to bungy jump?
You have to be 18 years old. Anyone younger than 18 needs a written permission from parents or guardian.
Are there any weight restrictions when making a Bungy Jump?
The minimum weight for our bungy site is 45 kg, the maximum weight is 200 kg
Do I have to wear shoes?
No, Bungy jumping can be done with or without shoes. If you decided to wear shoes make sure your shoelaces are laced tightly.
I want to jump together, can I?
Yes, our bungy site in Scheveningen offers the option of a Duo Jump where two persons jump at the same bungy cord.
Where is de Bungy & Zip Office located?
It is located at the end of the pier in Scheveningen. The tower can be recognized by the large BUNGY letters on top. The office is located at the base of the tower.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We offer a range of different packages that you can buy in our ticket shop. You can give the e-tickets away as a present.
Is it possible to get photo’s or video with my jump?
Unfortunately we do not offer a video solution at the moment, however we have a camera with a big lens to make really cool pictures of your jump. You get an SD-card with your pics loaded on to them.
How can I reach the Bungy & Zip site at Scheveningen?
There are various parking area around. Also there are some trams and busses that stop very close to the location. On busy summer days we advise public transport.
I have purchased my ticket online, how long is my ticket valid?
Tickets purchased online are valid for one year.
I have bungy jumped and recieved my Personal Discount Ticket. How long is this ticket valid?
You can claim your personal discount ticket anytime after your first bungy jump. The ticket is valid as long as you can show it with proper ID.
Can I make a water dip?
Dipping in the water is normally not possible at our bungy site in Scheveningen. It can however, be discussed with the Jumpmaster of that day.
Can I bring a GoPro or mobile phone to video my own jump?
Yes you can, but only with suitable mounts so we can secure them. This is at your own risk.
